It was just a little over a year ago that Beth and I were photographing Brittany and Adams awesome January wedding here in Alberta; the weather was chilly (mid minus 30's at the time!) but I admittedly didn't even remember about the bitter cold until I was reminded by Beth and Brittany a little while back. What stuck out in my mind about that wedding was how closely connected everybody was. It wasn't just the wedding that brought the different families together, they were all best friends to begin with! Like go-out-and-have-epic-camping-parties kind of friends. We loved that wedding because of the great people who were a part of it. So you can imagine how pumped we were when Brittany's sister, Chelsea let us know that they wanted us to photograph their wedding in Jamaica! Awesome people and a week long celebration at an incredible location? Sounds good to us. :)
Enjoy the photos!
I busted out my favourite camera (which happens to be a medium format film camera) a lot for this wedding! These next three shots (and a lot more in this post) were taken with my lovely Mamiya 645AFD and Fuji 400H film. Love it!
More film shots!
The trees were amazing everywhere we went! The next bunch of photos were all taken on film. :)
It was such a fun day!
But wait...there's more. Check back soon for Chelsea's Rock The Dress session!
